I have inquired into it over the day. There was a sense that there was an important clue in the works of Drunvalo Melchizedek. So I leaved through them until I hit a page that made me go 'oh this'. The problem now is the difficulty of summarizing as anyone familiar with his work knows it gets quite technical at some points and this is one of those points. I find myself completely locked up in an effort to summarize, writing and deleting the whole time so I have decided to forego the summary and just add one picture, with the invitation of anyone who is intrigued to research for themselves.

To add one more thing, what I do is visualize the dodecahedron as suspended in empty space and light up one or more of its sides, the energy seems to capture itself within the pentagonal shapes and it feels like visualizing music, like feeling sound. When I then realign my attention to my body it appears to have a softening effect on the figure and the wiring. However as I don't know what I'm doing or why unfortunately cannot offer more of an explanation than this. I will continue to inquire and if there's more information to give, I will.
