27/08/2026 3-Day Reset: Deep Consciousness Bodywork

This 3-Day Reset we're setting up for couldn't be more timely or relevant, as the very planet herself is undergoing the most incredible reset too, right now; especially after that tremendous restructuring shift that's been catalysed in the Intervention by Benevolence in July (Titicaca Conference).

Just look at what's happening right now with the weather patterns, earthquakes, and volcanoes - I have an important bulletin on that this morning: Volcano Update.

Let's be clear: the energetic backbone of the Old Construct has effectively been broken down. Many are still clearly clinging to the old consciousness in their daily routines, habits and behaviours, but the fabric of that reality is now steadily unwinding. And we must prepare to unravel the old energy from inside us, right now, to allow the new consciousness to stream in.

Hence, the importance of developing our Deep Consciousness Bodywork protocols.

What's not mentioned in the spiritual mainstream by those who talk about Ascension is that as the increasing cosmic energies infuse our planet (as they are now), the increasing tendency is for these energies to cause internal stress if they can't merge and readily channel through. This can lead to all manner of problems, from headaches, migraines, bodily pain, to illness and even cancer - for which, an epidemic around the planet is already building.

It's because the body can't handle the increased vibration of planetary energies. That's why inner purification, meditation, and deep consciousness bodywork are so important.

With regard to Deep Consciousness Bodywork, what to practice?

Deep Consciousness Bow

One of the most powerful, straightforward, and easy-to-learn practices is the Openhand Bow, which was evolved from ancient Himalayan Kriya Yoga. At Openhand events, we practice it all the time in various forms, incorporating, for example, "Dragon's Breath". It brings powerful surges of energy to all aspects of the bodily field, opens it up, breaks down the old consciousness, and opens the channels for new infusions of Higher Self.

There are many levels of it, that I teach on the courses. Here's the most advanced: Dragon's Breath Bow into a full lotus, forward, left, right, centre, and up into a lift - this final part is fantastic for developing core strength. I call it "Lotus Flower from Mud"...

"But wait, doesn't this OMAD fasting make you weak? 🙋‍♀️" 🤣

Here's where you can watch a video incorporating the basic level of the Bow: Transmutation

Yoga and Stretching

Stretching all aspects of the body is essential, especially as we get older, because the tendons and ligaments tend to shorten. Yoga, of course, but also various forms of dance (like 5 Rhythms) are great for getting the energy moving through the body. As is Tai Chi.

Here is another advanced form of Openhand's soulmotion, that I call "Praying Mantis"...

Soulmotion

I developed soulmotion by blending yogic breathing with gentle martial arts warm-up routines. Crucially though, and different from yoga or Tai Chi, I bring "Kime" into the movements - which is a sudden release of breath, but which is also then contained in the body, so it propels chi from the dantian through the movement, and that particular part of the body.

This is great for clearing the body of old energies and density, plus draining the lymph node system, and toning the body. It's easy to learn; I'll be sharing it at all of the events this autumn.

Here's "Starfish", which is great especially for the spine...

Headstand

Don't forget the importance of clearing the lymph node system, especially as you incorporate more detox into your regular diet. Because the released toxins go into the lymph system, which must then be drained - otherwise the toxins can clog and be re-assimilated into the body.

Remember: clearing the lymph system can be done through: soulmotion; cold plunging, showering and sauna; trampolining and headstands (probably the easiest, fastest and most effective). In the beginning, make sure you do headstands against a wall!...

Conclusion

Deep Consciousness Bodywork is now essential, more than ever, to channel higher consciousness through your being, so as to be able to acclimate and harmonise with the increasing energetic vibration of our planet as the Shift accelerates. So for your 3 Day Reset, do consider what practices to include for each day - basic movements, stretching and the bow at the very least.

The time couldn't be more prescient. Here's the Sun up this morning at the most sacred Point of Ayre Nature Reserve. In the beginning, the sky was blood red... "Red Sky in the Morning, Shepherds Warning!

Right, I'm done with my Deep Consciousness Bodywork for this early morning; now I'm off for a cold plunge in the ocean.

"But wait, what are you guys doing lounging around?! We've got a 3-Day Reset going on. Get your flippers moving, do your bodywork, and get plunging in the sea!!"....
