Thank you for your reply. I begin my day with the bow and meditate. Can you please point me to a vocal toning excercise?
I often regret having spoken or acted in anger. Today I argued with school nurse and doctor against giving my girl a certain vaccination. My daughter said she feels uncomfortable when I raise my voice in anger. When cars accelerate and brake uneconomically, I get emotional and judge the persons driving. My daughter tickled me in a crowded line and would not stop even after I angrily rejected this. I pressed her hands in a impulsive will to punish her by inflicting pain. I shouted to strangers, e.g. to a patient that wouldn't acknowledge my diagnosis and it's treatment or the person who wouldn't stop complaining that my bike had been parked a winter just across their fence. I felt hatred towards an inauthentic child welfare worker that was unappreciative of my improved health. I experience a desire to deal punishment to various and all persons who are responsible of administrative decisions I deem unequitable. I judge drivers, not stopping at marked crossings, unrespectful and been close to confronting them for doing this. I respect old people for their humbleness and judge youngsters for their lack of it. I feel grudge, irritation and anger at my mother when her interest is inauthentic, opinionated, patronising or in any other way unsupportive. My worst experience is my father leaving me for good when I was 5 and I believe that's causing me this trouble.
