True letting go

I dont agree with your saying about letting go. Spiritual practice may help letting go but at some point you just let it all go together and drop into silence which is the eternal self.
It reminds me of two quotes below...
Jnana does not come gradually,
little by little, day by day.
It blazes forth
all at once
in all its fullness,
when the practice
has matured
to perfection.
— Sri Ramana Gita, Ch.17, V.3
There can be progress
in the preparation
(sadhana).
Realization is sudden.
The fruit ripens slowly,
but falls suddenly
and without return.
— Nisargadatta
I also came across the following paragraphs from Ramana Maharishi yerstersterday which may be of interest to you.
The Jnani may dream but they know it to be a dream in the same way as they know the waking state to be a dream. You may call them dream number one and dream number two. The Jnani being established in the fourth state — the Turiya — the supreme reality — they detachedly witness the three other states — waking, dreaming and dreamless sleep — as pictures superimposed on it.
For those who experience waking, dream and sleep the state of wakeful sleep which is beyond those three states is named Turiya — the fourth. But since that Turiya alone exists and since the seeming three states do not exist — know for certain that Turiya is itself that which transcends the fourth.
For the Jnani there is no distinction between the three states of mind. How can there be when the mind itself is dissolved and lost in the light of consciousness? For the Jnani all the three states are equally unreal. But the ignorant person is unable to comprehend this because for them the standard of reality is the waking state — whereas for the Jnani the standard of reality is reality itself.
This reality of pure consciousness is eternal by its nature and therefore subsists equally during what you call waking, dreaming and sleep. For one who is one with that reality there is neither the mind nor its three states — and therefore neither introversion nor extraversion.
They are the ever waking state because they are awake to the eternal Self. Theirs is the ever dreaming state because to them the world is no better than a repeatedly presented dream phenomenon. Theirs is the ever sleeping state because they are at all times without body consciousness.
