Greetings from the thick of it in California, crazy indeed.

We used to think the same, that Cali was some progressive, open-minded place and that that equated to being "conscious". What we've learned over the years is that it's the exact opposite. Those that consider themselves to be "progressive/woke" etc., are some of the most closed minded and believe that everyone needs to be the same and do as the group does without room for free will or free thinking/expression. We can see it with all the censorship, public shaming and turning in of neighbors to the authorities for going against the rules.

It's quite fascinating to be in it and watch it unfold in real time. It's a very "grey" hive like/group think mentality that feels like a distortion of the "we're all one" and "we're all in this together". It's also being driven by a very paternalistic governor. Quite surreal.

We've both been working on transmuting the anger that comes up from it all and trying to get to a neutral space with it all so that when the time comes in the physical to have to confront the injustices and control mechanisms (and that time will come for all of us at some point I think), we'll be more able to address it from a neutral standpoint as opposed to an off balance emotional one. Quite the challenge but grateful to have the time to prepare.

As for the uproar part you asked, it does seem to be simmering out there in the field. Unfortunately, I think some want to push it so hard that people resist violently so that they can have justification to exert even more control. Time will tell. Hoping for peaceful non-compliance but I guess it's to be determined!
