Great video—well made. I remember watching this a few years back, but this time, I could relate more through my personal experiences of the flow.

After a few days of processing, today the flow opened more strongly. I was called to do some field energy work around the place where I live, and it was so fascinating that this happened through attentive awareness without even the tiniest bit of intention to do so. I noticed a place where a dog tried to attack me a few days ago, but this time, walking through the same place, it landed that the place itself was calling for some energetic alignment.

I walked around after, building a deeper connection with nature—sounds more crisp, colours more nuanced, a deeper immersion into the interconnectivity, as if nature was speaking through the leaves, the clouds, and the birds. When the mind is filled with tasks to complete and intentions of a particular outcome, it’s easy to miss this immersion and the subtle energy guiding the creative actions. I passed through a Tibetan school on the way and met the “headmaster” lama of the school—possibly a karmic reflection. Therein lies the challenge—transcending the mind to access the flow. But therein lies the gift—to “master the head” so that the intellect can assist the flow and not override it. I’m able to access this state when the higher chakras, especially the crown, are open. There is the knowing realization that nothing can replace the joy of interconnectivity and thus a deeper commitment to work through any limitations to live in the flow state.
