People often say to me: "I don't have time to meditate, I have a full-on daily job to do."

So try this:

Next time you're at work, at your desk (or wherever), do what you're doing, but also, at the same time, put your attention in your crown - and breathe there.

Keep doing it. Until you can feel the lightness there.

Now, even if you're working 12 hours a day, you can meditate all the way through it!
