I found this totally inspirational and an encouragement to all, no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in...

I used to think I need to do something special, to argue with people, but now I know that such a small act as turning the music on and dancing can have an enormous impact, not because I intend it, but because it changes me and my energy, but I am connected with everything, so it just ripples out naturally without needing to do anything special.

What an inspiration!
