Hello Everyone,

You haven't heard from me in a while, but I'm here!  It has been such a time of facing ever deeper unwinding on every level.  To use a shamanic analogy I  feel like my bones have been scraped clean.  Health, body, relationship, my home--all being shaken and dismantled until only that which is true is remaining.  

Isn't it interesting how, because of our inner work and knowing,  and the Grace of Great Benevolence, we are able to face upheavals and move through.  In spite of the occasional after shocks and tremors, there is a strong core of peace and knowing.  The Center of the Torus--it is the only place from which to move and live and have our being.  

I'm grateful for Open's words and reminders and encouragement.
