It's almost certainly karma that's activated. In which case, my encouragement would be to approach it in that way - inquire into what it's showing you, what you might be reacting to, and how to become as-one with that.

What is it in the outer world that's particularly triggering you right now? You've spoken of the planetary crown chakra activation, for example. So what do you think happens in your field when you become as-one with that? Almost certainly, there'd be a strong activation and acceleration of energy - probably the heart would quicken to that and blood pressure rise.

I'm not a doctor, of course. But then most doctors wouldn't be able to reflect that possibility to you!
