Wow, I can't tell you what it feels like to be here on La Palma again. I hadn't realised it, but the Volcano that exploded in 2021 is just a stone's throw from the retreat centre! In a world of illusion, derailment and deception, the volcano feels very alive and real. It's an incredible mirror to our direct interrelation with the grand cosmic cycles of life - they're unavoidable, even to the intervention, and so it brings you into a sense of deep authenticity.
