07/06/2023 Shift Update: Meditating with the Moon
I believe we're going to discover in due course (the awareness is already landing), that the Moon is artificial and designed to manipulate especially human life on the planet, through the emotional/energetic state, and particularly the birthing cycle in women (which affects men too through direct relationship). It harvests energy from humanity.
I imagine the reality of this is landing with people now, and when it does, for plenty it's likely to be quite shocking and humungous - the enormity of it. But have no fear, life always works to resolve itself out, and we can do exactly that.
On Ascension Exchanges recently, I guided a meditation to help mitigate the effects of the moon on the psyche and emotional state. I thought to share the bones of it here with you so you might experiment with it...
Moon Meditation
- First take yourself into a meditative breathing state applying something like Openhand Breakthrough Breathing
- Work to come into the centred state of presence: the Sacred Ground of Being
- Working with the in-breath, feel yourself expanding out to encompass the body; then the room that you're in; then expand out to encompass the area that you live in; then the country you live in; then the Planet; then the Solar system, until you are the galaxy
- Now you are being the One, and the moon is very small, and inside of you
- It now becomes more your choice as to whether you are affected or not.
