The one who, when the universe was young, courageously decided to make an experiment that's not been tried before. To distance itself from the source so far so that it would not remember itself and its connection to the source. Like pulling a veil all over itself that would seemingly not let any light penetrate through.

However, as I wrote about in DIVINICUS, I do feel Lucifer has now realigned, having realised a reconnection with the Source.

My sense is that Ra already knows this connection, but is more acting from distortion, believing it makes sense to maintain the Simulation. Remember, we've also considered that plenty of souls are actively choosing the Simulation - the apparent security and provision of it. So Ra is already consciously connected to the Source, but believing he's undertaking a necessary 'evil'. I would say that's the view.
