Thanks for this Open, it is the (or yet another) wake up call that I needed at this time. In the past I have been addicted to social media (Fakebook) and avowed to give it up back in April but I have slipped back into checking and posting every day...argh. Your post is the kick up the bum I needed to remake my vow and to not waste valuable time looking at meaningless posts and scam adverts. I do make sure I visit this site every day, so, thanks again for your wisdom and your continual work in sharing it.
