Just to be clear, yes there is a vibrational "container" that the Opposing Consciousness has instigated in the 4D around the planet - it's an electromagnetic field that's be augmented by 5Jeez. However you can most definitely "punch" right through it. You can feel this most clearly as you come up into the throat chakra and expand up into 5D consciousness.
