Just a brief update today - yesterday was the most magical day so far. It was the Sacred Sweat Lodge Day, which you may catch a glimpse of in the photo. What a very special ceremony it is. The build up is spent with a combination of meditations and Tibetan ceremonies, the sense of letting go of the past life - false self. Going into the Womb of the Earth then having it rebirth you as a new being. There's absolutely nothing like it! I'm failing on words to describe. So if it intrigues you, you'll just have to come along next year and take part!
