Hi Nikki,

What I was meaning in the Breakthrough Book, was that as the soul journies to integrate within, then it's going to progressively work through all the inner layers. If there was a place where it became fragmented before, then this area of the inner landscape will 'rise to the surface' once more. Yes, you'll likely get memories and reflections from that time. It's an invitation to work through them, so they no longer have a hold on you.

When you're fully inetgrated through, then the soul doesn't 'snag' on them any longer. And so the energy of the memories dissolve out. You don't have to keep re-experiencing them.
