Yes indeed, we each can learn how to interpret our dreams, but it does take a degree of practice. And it will help a great deal to work on opening higher mind where the interpretations flow from. Check out this article which will help...
Activating the Power of Higher Mind
How to record your dreams
In interpreting the dreams, firstly it pays to recognise when you dream most - is it at a particular time? A lot of people tend to dream in the early hours of the morning, but then go back to sleep and forget what they dreamed. In which case, it's good to keep pen and a journal by your bed side and go to bed with the intention that when you dream, you'll wake up and write down what you see. If you recognise you dream at a particular time - say 4am, which is when most do - you could set an alarm clock at that time for several days to get in the habit of waking up.
When you write down what you saw, write it on the left page of the journal, leaving the one next to it on the right free.
How to interpret your dreams
The next part is not to try to interpret straight away - go back to sleep. But later in the day, when you feel relaxed, come back to your journal, read the aspects of what you saw on the left side of the journal, then next to them on the right, quickly write down what they could mean, without thinking too hard - just write the first thing that comes into your head. You must be relaxed to do this - if you're thinking too hard, you close down to higher mind where the dreams can be interpreted from.
If they don't immediately make any sense, ask "show me!" and then allow the heartfelt pull to guide you to signs and synchronicity. In the Openhand Work, we build up to this on the 5GATEWAYS Courses.
Importance of Metaphor
If you're going to be successful at interpreting your dreams, you need to step beyond the literal and into metaphor. What I share below, came straight from higher mind without thought...
Meaning of the 'Farm'
In your dream for example Carlz, you speak of a 'farm' which felt dark and unpleasant. So this suggested metaphorically being 'farmed' - which is what the matrix is doing to people. In your dream, you asked "why is the world doing this" but then immediately went into "it's so unnecessary". Unknowingly you'd slipped into judgment about what is going on. Yes it's unpleasant, but it is necessary, because everything we experience, we manifested ourselves for the purpose of evolutionary growth. So here's the first clue: try to let go of filling the space with your own judgment of what's going on, and simply ask "show me!" - then progressively what you came here to see will be revealed.
Meaning of 'vehicle'
With regards your partner being 'robbed in your mother's car', this usually refers to 'bodily vehicle' - so your partner was robbed in your mother's bodily vehicle. My higher mind tells me this doesn't immediately add up. But what does, is that your partner was robbed BY your mother's bodily vehicle. And by that, I sense that a distortion YOU picked up from your mother is robbing your partner of something - some degree of intimacy perhaps? Or something like that. Are you feeling the need to protect yourself from something?
Getting out of the head
Finally - the disembodied head. To me it seems pretty straightforward: I'd say it's inviting you to get out of your head more and into the body - to be fully embodied here in the physical. Might that feel vulnerable? If so, he key is to surrender and soften into it more by doing some deep consciousness bodywork: Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Five Rythmns Dance or Openahnd's soulmotion
I trust this helps.
