Facilitator Development Conference: ONLINE, Oct 14th-16th
The new Facilitator Development Program for the academic year 2021/22 has just commenced with the formation of the Buddy Groups in continuance from the Foundation Course in July. It's a fantastic annual development of our Facilitation craft, deepening your facilitation services and working the energy fields to support the Shift. It also represents a tremendous development opportunity on a personal level. Here is the first in the year's series of Development Conferences where we come together for 3 days on zoom.
Subjects Covered
1) Review of the SEER process, taking a client deeper into their karmic density & the true nature of empowerment by coming into the Sacred Ground of Being
2) We'll be practicing taking a partner on a past-life-regression journey
3) Exploration of more advanced skills required to remove more resistant entities and implants
4) Deepening the connection with our star-soul families
5) Conducting a review of the current state of play with your Facilitation Business Service
6) Considering current developments of the Shift in society and through the field
7) Processing any personal karma that is arising at the time.
Ongoing Facilitator Program Features
The Facilitator Program that follows the week long Foundation Course in July, is an annual program that leads to accreditation in the Facilitator Network for those who wish to be listed. Alternatively even if you're not wanting to list, it's a great means of development of your practical energy skills and processing what personal karma is coming up. This is advanced spiritual development.
The main features of the ongoing Facilitator Program are:
1) Buddy Groups: trainee facilitators are grouped into 3 person Buddy Groups where you conduct one-on-one facilitation across zoom. The third person acts as an observer to hold the energy and offer reflections. They are free, and organised in your own time. Open will regularly check in with you to see how the groups are going and to reorganise them into different participant configurations from time to time.
2) Case Studies: you are invited to conduct case studies throughout the program and submit them for review with Open. Usually two case studies are reviewed at a time, which can involve a session on zoom. 10 successfully completed case studies are required for accreditation of which 5 can come from the Buddy Groups. 3) Development Conferences: in total there will be 4 Facilitator Development Conferences. Three of them will be 3 day ones (as this one), take place on zoom and organised at maximum mutual convenience. The 4th will the annual Summer Conference, which is a week long terrestrial retreat in July, which is simultaneously livestreamed onto zoom for those unable to attend in person.

This Facilitator Development Conference spans over 3 days. There will be 3 daily sessions between these timings:
