Free Flowing Kundalini

Activating free flowing kundalini with Openhand
I'm seeing lots of kundalini activating out there and it's a tremendously encouraging sign for the wider shift. It's the natural free flow of energy down from the source, through you as the soul, and back again. It's like and electrical circuit that leads to a magical and highly alchemical life.
 
It works at its best where there is no intention, other than to be open to the flow
and the expression of authentic nature. Then it comes through you like a wave.
 
So how can you best let go? How can you best open up and relax... to be without the tension of intention?
