Importance of spiritual 'hibernation' with Openhand

Sometimes you just really need to slow down. Maybe it's winter, and the weather's not so good. Maybe it's the end of the year or a busy period where you've processed loads; maybe you'd come through some really difficult times. You have to get to know your soul - there's a time to step on the gas pedal, and a time to 'hibernate'. Both are equally essential, if you're not to build stress and burn out. And it doesn't matter if it's only for a few hours or half a day. Don't be afraid to take your foot off the evolutionary accelerator sometimes. Nurture yourself. Slow down. Take it easy. Hibernate a while, with the sense you could rest deeply into eternity. It'll do you the world of good.
