AVALONIA: Birthing the Golden Age

Hi Open,

So, after having kept the stone that fitted together for 5 years (and also deciding when I returned from S.Africa that the church organisation was not my ‘thing’, even tho the mission trip itself was quite special) it still sat in it’s box on the shelf, I paid it no mind.

Until now!

This morning I watched the Avalonia podcast as it aired at 9am. I tuned into the meditation with you to feel the new Avolonia. Podcast over, I went about my daily chores!

About 45mins later, I felt an abdominal expulsion rumbling, so I dealt with that. Next I had a immensely strong urge to go and retrieve the African box from the shelf that held the 2 pieces of one stone.

I took the stone out, complete with red soil and held in in the palm of both hands. I immediately dropped into breakthrough breathing and could feel a ‘dizziness’ from the crown down infusing through my body to the base.

The spin quickly settled and I felt to bare my belly and put the stone (holding it in it’s joined togetherness) bare on my abdomen at the sacral. I continued to infuse and my hand naturally moved lower to the womb area.

With every in-breath I began to wail uncontrollably and with every outbreath down to the base I reached the base and paused so long I almost stopped breathing.

The crying and out breaths of a wailing stopped.

I continued whole body breathing and after the next few breaths the inbreath from the crown began as a sound and infused all the way to the base.

I allowed the sound and the next in breath came a full soul harmonic that effortlessly amplified to the base.

I went through all soul (ray?) harmonics in perfect pitch all the way to the base. 💖

The amplification between my throat and chest were so so loud (as tho I was in a chamber) and in my ears even sounded like more than one chord.

I thought I would settle then, but we weren’t done!

The base reverberated and I began all soul harmonics back up to the crown and beyond!

Once complete, my immaculate singing harmonics subsided and my next few breaths were vibrating, then settled.

I knew then it was complete, and got up to make a camomile tea to celebrate!

I held the stone together and expressed my gratitude for the experience 💖

It’s 12:21pm -What a Morning!

I’m not sure how to explain what I experienced this morning, alas, I will do my best!

In November 2019 I was travelling with a church mission in Swaziland on the border of Mozambique (at the base of the Rift Valley).

Upon walking towards the orphanage’s primary school, I stumbled on the stones pathway and looked down at my feet while others were walking on. A broken piece of flint covered in the regional red soil caught my eye. I felt the need to bend down and pick it up. I continued about 3 or 4 more paces looking ahead towards the rest of the group. Suddenly I stopped in my tracks and looked down again, I saw another piece of broken dark flint and immediately noticed the ‘cut’ line looked like it matched the piece in my hand. I placed them together and they fit perfectly, it was indeed the same piece! Astounded, I ran to catch up with the others and told Michelle the co-ordinator. She said “That’s amazing, now you will have to work out what that means for you.”

That was it, we came back to UK with it safely stored in my hand luggage. Once home, I thought it special enough to make its own worthy storage, so I painted an African box to keep it in and placed it on the book shelf. There it has stayed for 5 years, until now! 🌟
