Clearing the Blockages
Hi Open, I recently had some symptoms of awakening like feb 17. I want to evolve spiritually. I have no urge in this process, but I want to know myself. What I am? What's my purpose? What are the blockages in me? A proper knowing of myself and guidance of light. I love all people, but why is at that moment I am not behaving, not showing love without understanding their vulnerabilities like any of us.... Atleast I should be able to understand all and give a lot of love for them...
Open, I think I have a lot of love for all of us. Can you clear the things that are coming in my way....... I want to evolve myself and help so many others reach the consciousness.
Thankyou.

Didn't think of having such an effect, but of course, makes total sense :-) . Energy works both ways :-) .
Positive alchemical affect

It's an awesome realisation *oK*
And when you express in that way, being totally authentic, then you'll have a positive alchemical affect on those you're engaged with.

Thank you Open. The 9 steps is very clear and insightful approach. I have an experience that I wanted to share. As I take on emotions and states of mind that are others', very easily, I started to learn how to distinguish them from my energy. Sometimes just asking whose energy is this, causes the emotion or low vibration energy go away. When it stays, then I have to deal with it. :-)
But recently I had an important realization; which is that most of the time I am "involved" in other people's business. What I mean is that if I am in a situation for example that someone says something that is hurtful, or doesn't say anything when I expect him/her to communicate, and I feel rejected, or feel that the person "should have" or "shouldn't have", I am into someone else's territory, as I am judging the other person's behaviour. How am I to evaluate or expect what the other person should or should not do? I don't know what he/she is into, what his state of mind, path, karma etc. that made him say or not say that thing. He/she does what is best for his/her at that point in time, in that specific situation. And if I can separate or be aware of this judgment of mine, I can really deal with my reaction or feeling. This is a recent "exercise" of point of awareness that is happening with me. This also lead me to be more humble towards the energies of the universe. :-)
The constant inner inquiry and breaking through

Hi Ram - greetings, welcome to Openhand :-)
In order to help others, it's about helping ourselves. That's not meant to sound selfish - the best way to help is to find our own frequency and to resonate that as a vibration. This 'sounds' like a tuning fork, activating the light in others too.
It has to begin with the Inner Inquiry - to be the Observer of oneself as much as possible.
First you begin to realise you are not the bodymind. After which, you start to experience the subtle lightness of the soul, felt as expansiveness, joy, love, contentment and a passion for life. The key is then to keep giving attention and focus to these feelings. In which case they grow within you.
There will be many times on this inner journey where you hit blockages and it feels dense again. It's important to face these, accept them, and work into them (here we use the Openhand 9 Step Approach for dealing with such source pain).
It's a continual inner breakthrough, where you're unleashing the light of the soul by confronting the tightness of the density - softening into it.
Sure enough, over time, the soul will infuse. Then it will become increasingly clear how to be and what to do, from this new authentic beingness.
The Openhand Approach encompasses this all...Openhandway
Namaste
