I am new to this and I would like to say that for a few months now I have things happening to me that I can only say are spiritual. My heart and mind are running wild along this path and I knew, I do not have to think about it being the right think. I watch 5 GATEWAYS and it seemed that I could touch a little on each of the Gates, I am not sure if I can find the words to describe that. I do know that right this moment I am in awe, and there is no going back to how I use to live. Thank you for letting me in.

Just a brief post to share that sometimes just a little goes a long, long way. This morning the only thing I could "muster" was to listen to two of Trinity's meditations...I couldn't meditate on my own, do yoga or anything else that I turn to for clearing away what gathers in my energy field. Sometimes I am of the "all or nothing" mindset and because I felt I "should" do more it seemed almost a compromise to "just" listen to the angelic guidance of Trinity. I consider myself devoted to the path on a daily basis and I also recognise how lost in ego I can become. The shadow is subtle.

I have a thought I would like to share and get feed back on please.
the other morning i woke with this on my mind;
third dimensional mind can manifest in the usual ways , greed, selfishness,worldly gain, all of which can keep us so busy we lose contact with the spiritual side.
but this came to me as well,"Save the planet"go green, recycle,save, the whales,
etc etc all this thinking as well can be a cleaver disguise for the same thing.
Both sides resisting each other make for a strong bond to keep mind in this third dimension.

I've always loved to dance but lately the dance has totally changed and I feel so much freedom and aliveness from head to toe when the music is on and movement just happens...sometimes it feels active and powerful and other times more gentle and flowing but I find it so deeply connecting and find so much joy in allowing the dance to be free and unplanned. So my son asked me today "who taught you that dance" and I realized it's always been in here it's just been allowed out =) feels great! x jen
