Connection
Heart wisdom knows everything
happening in my life.
I hold thoughts of you.
It takes compassion to connect with
a higher perspective.
The older I become the more
I trust my higher heart to tell me
what I need to know.
I trust that I’ll receive what I require
when I need it.
Abundance is
feeling my needs are taken care and
all is well.
Crystalline earth
grids provide support
for a new energy of health and long life.
I intend to keep my heart open,
reach within to experience connection
and trust.
I travel my soul path
up the mountain and down the mountain.
I am the mountain deep within.
I am connected.

This is such a beautiful sharing Laurie! This verse speaks to me a lot:
"Heart wisdom knows everything
happening in my life.
I hold thoughts of you.
It takes compassion to connect with
a higher perspective"
Heart wisdom is an energy I value a lot in life. It cuts through the drama, spiritual ego trips and blind attachments to experiences of 'Emptiness/Source'.
And this verse just says it all:
"I travel my soul path
up the mountain and down the mountain.
I am the mountain deep within.
I am connected."
Only a mountain can take responsibility for its own connected soul path. Perfect!
with gratitude xx

Glad to hear the poem connected with you. This is right where I am on my spiritual journey. For the longest time the mountain was outside of me and when I had a question I would ask myself, "Is this getting me closer or farther from the mountain?" Now the mountain (my spiritual guidance/higher self) is inside, that's the visual and deep inside, I am connecting more and more. Thank you for noticing, Laurie

Laurie, thank you for your soulful sharing. Yes, I noticed and related. I feel like sharing this koan (Zen poem) with you that reflects what you are describing in a very eloquent way - see if it resonates.
Master [Hui-an] asked [Huai-jang], “Where are you coming from?”
Huai-jang said, “Mount Sung.”
The Master said, “What sort of thing comes here like this?”
Huai-jang said, “To call it a ‘thing’ is to miss the mark.”
The Master said, “Can it be cultivated or experienced?”
Huai-jang said, “It’s not that it isn’t cultivated or experienced, but rather that it isn’t corrupted or defiled.”
The Master said, “It’s just because it isn’t corrupted or defiled that it’s treasured by all buddhas. You’re like this. And I’m like this.”
