Yet again summer has been dry as a bone in much of Europe, igniting wild fires in France, Portugal and Spain, forcing thousands to flee, as in the popular holiday destination of Saint Tropez. And in California, record-breaking heat and fierce Santa Ana winds have caused thousands to flee their homes. As in many other places around the globe, the weather is becoming nothing short of biblical. As strange as it may at first sound, and whilst feeling deep love and empathy for those affected, how can spiritual people turn these drastic events into a positive?

What can we learn?

According to NASA scientistis, Antarctica is now melting 6 times faster in summer months than in the 1980s. I find this deeply significant in the Great 5D Shift - only a couple of years ago, plenty in the spiritual mainstream were pointing to the growth in Antarctic Ice to deny that Climate Change was warming the planet. I know this is 'inconvenient'. I know it's not the kind of thing you necessarily want to read about. But, as evolving people, I believe it's utterly essential to take note. We must attain higher dimensional consciousness by transcending the lower ones - we can do it, but to do so, we must equalise and normalise with exactly what is unfolding...

With escalating regularity a factual event now occurs in the world that shocks you awake. Like the fact that society is now consuming over 1 million plastic bottles per minute. Yes, just digest that for one moment before moving on. By 2021, that'll amount to half a trillion bottles per year - are such figures even comprehendable by the human mind? Well put it this way, at this rate, by 2050, the ocean will contain more plastic bottles than fish! Where is this all heading? What's the wider message about the society we're living in? What's the REAL solution to this insanity? Only a spiritual shift in consciousness can save mankind now...

High vibrational foods can help to expand our consciousness; help us feel the inter-connectivity of all life; help us to remember who we truly are and make us increasingly aware of ourselves on a soul level. These foods can also help to look after us on a physical level; to nourish our physical vehicle (and emotional/mental vehicles) so that we have a healthy body into which our vibrant soul can infuse.

There can be no half measures if we truly want to progress along the path. We have to be all in - you have to go all the way, in. You can't dip just your toe in and expect that you'll succeed. You won't. Because it's the fiery crucible that stirs the inner emotions of consciousness, those that cause breakthrough; it's where your spirit truly moves. And it won't fully move without that. Progression on the path means the stirring up of this consciousness, so it wells up within you. It's there that you find out who you truly are - where you define who you truly are. "Your body is your temple to the divine!" Because put simply, we need a vehicle through which to actualise the soul - to truly experience it. But the soul can only infuse if the vibration is clear and high. Meditation and conscious bodywork help open the temple, but you also need some high vibe resonances to create the right 'atmosphere'. This is where high vibe food comes in. Sadly, in society, a good deal of the vibration is dampened through toxicity and the deadening distances traveled to your doorstep. Hence foraging, at least some, of your food is beneficial for activating enzymes, healing the body and raising vibe to enable full soul infusion. Be inspired...

2016 has been officially declared as the hottest on record, setting a new high for the third year in a row. Hard to believe perhaps when we're seeing parts of Spain, the Greek Islands and even North Africa blanketed in freezing snow. That's not to mention the deluging rain over California. Our climate system has been well and truly screwed. Any kind of predictability now goes out of the window in this Great 5D Shift. How does that make you feel? What does it do emotionally? It's essential to engage, because for sure, the shift energy is engaging you. But there is a way to ride the changes and positively thrive. It just requires a shift in perspective. What exactly I am referring to?

We're living in two worlds not one. There's the old crumbling 3D karmic reality and a pristine shiny new 5D one, steadily emerging from the dross of the old. But you're still here for now, a while longer, rummaging through the rubble, digging up those priceless buried fragments of soul gold. Don't worry, it just got a whole lot easier. Whereas humanity has previously been blinded from the sun, now the shadow side has come clearly into view. And how strong it is, just in case anyone might miss it. Here is the incredible opportunity to separate yourself from the shadow, to ascend into your golden self...

The new US administration is beginning to emerge. I sense that as it does, many more reality veils will fall - veils that have kept some in the mainstream evolving community at a fair degree of distance from the truth of what's really happening under the surface in this Great 5D Shift. It's definitely NOT all love and light! As the light releases itself and shifts to the higher vibration, it dredges up the density at the bed of the pond. Paradoxically these muddy waters create a great reflection...
By seeing what you are most definitely not, provides the greatest opportunity to realise who you can become.

So often I find myself sitting on a park bench, in the middle of a city or close to an airport as I wait for my next connection. But I'm never bored. I'm simply fascinated by this story called 'life'. What are all these people up to? Where are they heading? What are their aspirations and dreams? What gets them out of bed in a morning? Sometimes someone will pass by whose really awake, whose not stuck in the 'should does' and 'have to does'. Sometimes they're awake enough to feel my spirit engaging theirs. Their head will turn, for a moment our eyes connect, and a wry smile says... "Yes I know you, you're one of us. You're one of those who looks through the moment, feels it, and connects up the dots into the deeper meaning"...

"The World is careering towards an environment never experienced before by Humans." So says the latest "state of the climate" report, led by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (Noaa) with input from hundreds of scientists from 62 countries, which confirmed there was a "toppling of several symbolic mileposts" in heat, sea level rise and extreme weather in 2015. I know it's not 'spiritually sexy' to talk about this stuff, and it's a hell of an inconvenient truth to process through your consciousness. Nevertheless it needs to be done. Because the 5D Shift can only happen for you by processing through the layers of inner truth. We have to be in reality in order to transcend it...

Essentially, the journey here is all about getting into your karma and processing it. That's what brought you here, that's the learning, evolving experience your soul is seeking to grow through. You have to get out of the mind to access your karma. You have to go through the plane of the emotions and beyond the intellect. Then you can expand into the causal body where karma is held. Stories and parable used to be a popular means of touching such source pain and activating it that it may be healed. Now we have the movies. I was particularly touched recently by the latest Star Trek movie, appropriately titled "Beyond". It's certain to me, the writers accessed a fantastical story that may well have some ancient threads of truth...
