TEAMWORK in The Shift: Mastering their Energetic Majesty
There can be nothing more rewarding than working together, as a Team, with harmony, trust and coherency. And especially when you're working together toward a higher, altruistic, purpose. Such is the Shift of Gaia and humanity into the New Paradigm of 5D. It's going to take great teams to come together, to rise above the limitations of resource and environment; to overcome what separates them; for each to contribute their unique vibe, and yet, just like a rainbow, harmonise together. It simply melts your heart.
What Makes A Great Team?
There's nothing like working towards a greater goal with a team of players working together, where you can trust the person next to you. You know they've got your back. Nothing can be more important right now, in the Great Planetary Shift, with tremendous complexity, density and challenge. It's going to take all our empathy, drive, commitment, and energetic skills to pull off.
What makes a great Team?
As I explain in the linked video, it's definitely NOT each burying their uniqueness, so as to blend into some bland stereotype of "non-duality". It's about bringing out the best in each individual, but working supportively together, so each feels backed up in doing so: "I'm with you, I honour you, how can I help you get more from your contribution?"
Where a group pulls together mutually like that, as a team, you tap into something much greater than the sum of the parts. There's a mysticism and alchemy to it - something intangible, unseen, "out there"; but somehow the team manages to tap into it and actualise it amongst them - they make it real, here and now.
That's the measure of a great team.
Getting to Know Your Team
Such is the challenge in reaching out across the energetic divide, with your higher dimensional team. When you've worked a good deal through your own energetic density and "stepped up to the plate", they'll come together around you, for it is recognised, the enormous importance of this planetary shift. And the tremendous difficulty of it.
But when you start to find your multidimensional team, you'll come to realise "Difficult" is not a problem, not something to be baulked at, but rather embraced. It's a gift. Because it's only in the depth of commitment and dedication, in the constant error, but working through, that you truly discover who your team are, and the measure of them.
Whether your team is Arcturian, Andromedan, Pleiadian, or whether you are an Earth soul with the First Nations and Lemurians backing you, when you are ready - ready to dig deep and truly work at it, then you can call on their support.
Discover Advanced Civilisation with the Andromedans
Don't expect it to be easy though. You're reaching out into the unknown, pushing on the boundaries. This is where you'll need trust by the bucket load.
It's not blind trust that connects a great multidimensional team either. For there is an array of blocking and derailing entities of the simulation, within the 4D field. They'll try to throw you off track. They'll try to mimic your Team and derail. So don't expect to be spoonfed your guidance. And if you are, always question it. You want to be sure it's real.
Where the purpose is a higher one, where it's for the greatest good of the whole, and you really understand the necessity for the great cleansing of 3D Earth in the upcoming Event, then you're in the right landscape to meet your Team.
When You Have Everything on the Line
It won't be a walk in the park, although a walk in the park might be exactly the way to connect. You'll have to dig deep past your personal boundaries in meditation and energy work. Fasting will help forge the coherency of your inner temple - and strengthen the soul. You'll need to find clarity and coherence in plentiful stillness. You'll need to be communing with the trees, the land, and the oceans.
A great team comes together around a great endeavour, and through daring greatly. There has to be something on the line worth fighting for. It's where the frictions in you, and between you, get revealed and then polished out - the most sophisticated gifts come from the grinding and the polishing. But this only happens when it's all on the line. It's this that will bring you progressively into harmony with the higher dimensional Shift and your Team.
How will you know if you've succeeded? What's the end goal? There isn't one. Instead, it's constantly making the intangible tangible. It's breaking through boundaries as a way of being. Celebrating when you do so, yes, but not resting on your laurels. It's in the asking: how can we be better? how can we each be more? How can we work together more harmoniously?
When you give up the illusion of the end goal, the mythical pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, and instead focus on striking the sweet spot of working together in your energetic team, whether it be in here in the 3D, multidimensional, or both, then you're breaking past the unseen divide. You're reaching out across the energetic bridge. You're bringing ALL your energies to bear, at any given moment and point in space.
Everything clicks in. There's a feeling of mysticism and magic all around you. The air is electric. This is the manna of true aliveness. And there's nothing like it. Nothing that the Simulation, with all its technology and AI, could ever touch.
Dare To Be The Fool
Such was the majesty of Openhand's recent Facilitator Conference in the planetary heart chakra of Glastonbury. A great team came together in love, harmony and coherency. But also one that encouraged each other to be more - to reach out across the energetic divide, to sense just what's happening there. Daring to be 'foolish' in the mystery of the unknown, knowing that to become the master, you have to be prepared also, at times, to be the fool.
Perhaps you get it wrong? There is no right or wrong! The power is in preparing to be uncertain - to keep testing and feeling. To keep exploring. Until something "clicks" in the field around you. Synchronicity speaks. Whether it's that "caw" of a bird, or in the majesty of that cloud formation fixing your attention, you simply know when your team have spoken.
Become a Facilitator in the Great Planetary Shift: Here's How
Have you found your team yet?
They're out there waiting for you to connect.
It's high time to join the vibe, and test the apparently impossible.
That's exactly what this concluding video expresses for me. How does it inspire you?
If you'd like to experience great energetic Teamwork, with a higher altruistic purpose in the Planetary Shift, then explore the groundbreaking work of Openhand. It is our passion to bring great teams together, to support this magical movement to 5D...

Overcoming the Greatest Mistake of Multidimensional Teamwork
Comment
25/07/2024 Shift Update: Greatest Mistake of Teamwork
What's the greatest mistake of multidimensional teamwork that you'll come across?
It is the belief that mistakes won't be made, or that they shouldn't be made. This can lead to doubt, distrust, fear, rejection and failure. I have experienced them all. To the point that I've felt to disband some, what I call, "Mid Range Teams" - those of the middle realm. At one point, I even distanced myself from the higher dimensional Openhand Team, because I felt that together, we were failing. Intervention was getting in the mix, for example.
This was until I changed my perspective in two essential ways that I share here with you now:
1) I came to see mistakes AS the path itself
2) I expected intervention WOULD get in the mix.
I taught myself to deal with these two key problems of Team building. And when I did, that's when we truly started to succeed. So let's explore the two dynamics...
1) Seeing Mistakes AS the Path
In the 3D world, everything is literal. What you see is what you get (mostly). But navigating the interdimensional world is entirely different. You cannot be definitely sure what you are experiencing. This is a helluva a problem to the human mind, which is conditioned from birth into a value system: what is "wrong" and what is "right". When you get it right, you're rewarded. Conversely, when you get it wrong, you're punished for it. It's a severely limiting dynamic that runs deep in the psyche, which you'll have to work hard to break down.
In the interdimensional space, I discovered you best navigate from uncertainty. You deal instead in possibility - "it could be this". Then with intimate inquiry and exploration, like the tentacles of a sea anemone, you softly prod forwards with your awareness, steadily refining the possibility, steadily focussing it, until it becomes probability. Even then, because you're operating in landscape of relativity, you cannot be 100% certain of your environment. And so I always allow 5% uncertainty as I step into a probability. I go when I'm 95% 'certain'. The 5% uncertainty is what I call "periphery vision". I'm scanning the landscape for the wider possibility or alternative. But when a probability is accurate, you feel it landing in your being as an "aha" moment. That's good enough to proceed on.
What kind of team players can support this approach?
Firstly, they begin from the starting point, that there is no ultimate objective. There are short-term goals, yes - to converge around a certain point; to open channels of light; to actualise the divine here and now; to strip out intervention; to bring rightness and alignment to a situation. Then celebrate together when these things come to fruition. To me, this has become my ultimate "success" in life - actualising the divine, in any given moment, as a part of a smoothly working interdimensional team. This is truly winning!
2) Expect Intervention WILL get in the Mix
You'll need to get used to the fact you have incarnated into a global simulation. It's a 4D prison, designed purposefully to disrupt accurate multidimensional navigation and lock people down into limiting and conditioned lifestyles.
There came a point, even for me, when I was totally shocked at the level of intervention that was taking place within spirituality, and especially people in the spiritual mainstream. And in exploration, after many trials and errors, after another 'betrayal' in a long list (which happened completing the book RESURRECTION), I realised something fundamentally crucial: spirituality on the planet, is the last line of defence for the intervention and its simulation.
This was a hard one to swallow. I couldn't fathom that some beings would intentionally betray you, so as to derail. Sadly, I came to realise there are those that would. But in truth, such betrayal only happens when you override your own inner knowing and sovereignty. How to deal with this in a multidimensional team?
You have to keep testing the guidance and synchronicities coming through. It's essential not to blindly accept any 'prognosis' that is delivered. That's why I often say, "no truly benevolent being would channel". When you make yourself a channel, you're essentially switching off a key aspect of your own consciousness - that 5% of periphery vision that's constantly testing and watching for alternative possibilities.
There is one fundamental lesson that can help you navigate, where you accept that Intervention is trying to derail you:
You begin from your anchoring in the Torus - in your Sacred Ground of Being, and in your own sovereignty. You are a part of a team, but it is not some hive mind. Instead, everyone is sovereign, expressing in their own unique way. And here, in the 3D, YOU become the point of action. Where it needs to be YOU that makes the final decision on the step to take. This means something else that is fundamental: wherever you are on the path, YOU become the leader of this interdimensional team. Others may help formulate pathways and possibilities, but it's you living with the choices you end up making as a team. So it is you who becomes the leader.
Where intervention is concerned, this approach will help negate them, until you strip them out of your team's flow. Although they'll never be completely gone, until the landscape has completely transformed in the Shift. So for now, accept them as an inevitable part of the landscape. Hence the need to always stay on your toes and keep testing.
This all means you'll have to be prepared to take ownership of whatever happens to you here in life - that's the responsibility any team leader carries on his or her shoulders. And above all, coming to see "mistakes" AS the path. Then you'll learn from the mistakes each time. Although as I've explained here, we can transform the idea of "mistakes" into uncertainties and possibilities that hone into probabilities, while always maintaining the 5% uncertainty that becomes periphery vision.
Finally, I felt to share this inspirational video about making mistakes in teamwork. Just expand it up in the multidimensional sense...

Missing realisation about the Team and who am I in it

Thank you for the article and complementing comments - very helpful 🙏. This sounds extremely significan to me:
You are a part of a team, but it is not some hive mind. Instead, everyone is sovereign, expressing in their own unique way. And here, in the 3D, YOU become the point of action. Where it needs to be YOU that makes the final decision on the step to take. I had a sense of a Team as a support and guidance. What I haven’t realised yet is that I am a PART of that team! This article is an eye-opening to me and encourages a deeper exploration of what my Team is and what is the mission that we are here for. I’m not sure, do we already come here (to the Earth) as part of the team or can we form one to work with us by asking for guidance in this tough world? Is this something that every one of us can be/is part of?
To me, there are no mistakes as such, but only learning opportunities. The biggest learning I’ve experienced in recent years was staying focused on the path but keeping the peripheral vision active and sharp. That was when I began opening up quite quickly to multidimensionality and exploring new landscapes with such high interest and focus that it created a blind spot in my consciousness where the interventional energies came in and twisted something, which caused me to lose awareness and make an enormous mistake at work where my position holds a high responsibility. These also are situations when I recognise the presence of my higher-dimensional team which is working hard to, something like, get me “out of the water in dry clothes”. But it takes a long time to get to know my etheric team, I tend to think that they may want to stay "incognito" and I don't feel a need to name (or label) them. The main thing is knowing that they are here, always with me. They communicate through signs and synchronicities of course. I can recall one, at the begining when I just started exploring how my team speaks, the orange colour I was seeing everywhere, and it was already about to land that it may be a "colour of my team", when at the airport was a queue at the flight registration in front of me, all guys in orange t-shirts, maybe ten or fifteen of them. Then I just turned my head towards them and there was a huge orange suitcase with a the big word over the whole flat side of it "TEAM". That was it, clicked!
From my observations, I also see some risks that many tend to rely on external guides in the ether, outside themselves and would call for guidance, wanting to be told what to do, particularly in tough life situations. As well as channeling some guides or beings, or even groups. And that is a perfect opportunity for the interventional groups or beings to come in. The Team (or guides) will never tell us what to do, but support and show us the way how to be. Owning all that happens to us and every manifestation is a significant part. To me, the most trusted guidance is that one felt internally. I prefer the word intuition instead of guidance (for the reason that it sounds like something external) because what I call intuition, to my perception, is made of guidance plus discernment plus higher knowing. I am honouring my Team for that 🙏. But here is that question again - who am I then?
With love and gratitude 🌺

Connecting with the team - Simply magic!
Comment
This is powerful - a great inspiration to connect with our team in the ether as well as on the ground to work towards greater authentic expression. It beautifully captures what I experienced during the few alchemical days of the Glastonbury conference. For me, it had begun weeks before the travel that I was feeling the energy of the gathering and working through the various challenges that came in the way of actualizing it. Rest assured, with various supportive guidance, the divine did manifest in the physical. If I had to describe the entire experience in one word, I'd say "magic". It became abundantly clear in the simplest of ways: sitting with the Openhanders with whom I have been connected for many years via the online portal, and feeling the love and trust in my heart.
My questioning mind and doubts quickly vanished in the presence of my angelic friends, with whom I felt completely safe. Soon, I found myself growing confident in my ability to emphatically feel into the field and know my inner guidance. Perhaps one of the most moving experiences was feeling Gaia karmic through the physical challenges I encountered during the conference and receiving synchronistic confirmation of what it was about. Sitting on Wearyall Hill looking at the dolphins in the sky, dancing with my team to a Coldplay song looking at the sunset, and connecting with the amusing purple-colored lady reflecting the lady Avalon were sweet experiences I carried back.
Some lovely days were spent with Andy in the mystical land of Glastonbury, visiting the beautiful places around. The energy around Chalice Well simply blew my mind. Thank you, brother, for your humor, love, and support. Despite the age difference, Andy feels like my elder brother. Perhaps it was so in different lifetimes. I would go back just for the healthy delicious sweet treats Asya offered for us. Deepest appreciation for Tilly who quietly but so effectively coordinated many things so that our stay was comfortable. Many lovely conversations were exchanged with Thomas in the room we shared which was nothing short of mutual facilitation. Much love to you Open who was instrumental in being the voice of the shift throughout the gathering and who guided us without being a leader but empowered us to be the same. I'm filled with deep gratitude for all the invaluable connections I made during this phase. All of your energies are deeply cherished.
What I feel in me is a renewed commitment and passion to connect with my team, to trust in the simplest reflections they create around and orient my life within this connection. I also feel much more sensitive to nature, trees especially, and a window of possibility has opened up to work with the land in assisting the shift. I remember swifting through the dense concrete jungle of London with my fellow openhanders and finally connecting with an alone tree and feeling deep connections for her. It was such a contrasting experience, it etched a strong memory of my connection with nature, which can be so easily overridden by the mind. I captured much footage from this trip which I'm weaving together to create a vlog series! It's exciting for sure, but I'm making sure to stay open to connecting with the deeper meaning beyond the mere physical outcome.
Much love to you all
Vimal 💚🙏
11 Rules for Connecting with Your Multidimensional Team
Comment
l felt to augment this article above on TEAMWORK in the Shift, by adding these 11 guidelines for developing the relationship with your own multidimensional team...
1) You have to want to orientate yourself toward that possibility from the very beginning of your day. This might be with a ritual, a meditation or routine, that opens yourself up to the possibility - making the statement that you are ready and available
2) Throughout the day, you'll need to be practicing transcendence - looking out into the world you see, but by application of the breath and inner attention, working to feel beyond the merely physical
3) The balance of your internal commitment and sense of purpose in life, will need to have shifted so this connection and sense of mission, holds the balance
4) Witnessing the interplay of the multidimensional through signs and synchronicity, symbology and sacred geometry, becomes your daily inner language - simply by giving plenty of time to the possibility
5) You'll need to be working on inner clarity, stillness and peace, so your mind is open and relaxed - not grasping for a 3D outcome. Be sure to declutter your external life as much as possible
6) High vibe diet, intermittent fasting, and meditation need to be the backstay of daily life
7) Begin to consider the possibility that your higher dimensional team is working to connect and communicate with you in all things around you: patterns, colours, numerology, nature, movements and flows. Begin to entertain the possibility of a deeper meaning in all that you see
8) As much as possible, be in the state of relaxed openness, a state of active attention, allowing knowing and feeling to guide your focus and orientation
9) Test all synchronicities and signs through your inner feeling mechanism, until you start getting as sense of, "aha" landing - where everything seems to click in
10) Let your inquiry be more about self-realisation, but then from that, inquire, "how can that actualise in the best possible way in my life?
11) Keep constantly innovating and developing your empathic feeling connection with the surrounding landscape.
There's plenty more to it, but this would be my primary advice to get people going!
It certainly leads to a life of great joy, beauty, mystery and alchemy.

Many thanks for this 'sharpner', so relevant and encouraging in this moment. Today, walking by the sea, the deep connection came through the seagulls. My attention was drawn to them repeatedly, as they wheeled overhead and landed close by. Then, I sat and meditated on a bench. When I opened my eyes, a brown-headed gull landed on the wall opposite me. The way it stared at me, leaned forward and shrieked for a few minutes, I knew it was connection. I had been cleansing my space and signalling my readiness. And it was magical because we engaged in a prolonged conversation.
many thanks for the support.
Love those Maori Hakas, so…
Comment
Love those Maori Hakas, so powerful and intensely uplifting. I have to remember these when I get myself in the dumps. This is all very meaningful to me. I believe one of my karmic lessons is to learn to let go of neediness of others and attachments. But what I feel beyond that is that would be the first step to becoming effective in teamwork without losing myself. I feel passionate about the OH work and feel a kinship with many here, unlike anything I've experienced before. Putting need for validation and being the hero aside, I feel strongly to be a part of this incredible work. But definitely still much work to be done to find my true self, and get to a place where I feel I could be reliable and make truly meaningful contributions without ego engagement. I want to be someone that others can trust, but must firstly be able to trust myself. But the determination is growing, and with all the ongoing support and assurances that I can do it (WE can do it), I'm really starting to believe I can. The doubts are getting weaker, the resolve stronger. Though I can't be of much help now, I truly believe that I do have gifts to contribute and feel highly motivated to unravel them. The assurance that there's no wrong answer and that even the upper echelons of the OH group of facilitators and leader are learning as they go, that softens that typical conditioned belief that I must have all the answers be perfect be the best. To let go of the fear of failing or embarrassing myself, man does that ever take such a load off! And the fear of conflict. Becoming more and more ok with constructive feedback. I was informed I believe, in an indirect way that I'm basically full of shit and asleep. At first it hurt and usual defensiveness popped up. But working it through and I realized, yes they are so right, and then the feeling of such gratitude that someone could see me so clearly and care enough to tell me the truth. And also the way the truth was delivered; in a way that would be the least hurtful. Very few people in my life have been able to or cared to tell me the truth, and I am so grateful to each and every one. Sure I have quite prickly defences and have blocked myself for a long time from it, but now I really see it will be the making of me. That's the very polishing I need, want and now less and less afraid to receive because I'm ready to become who I truly deeply am. I don't need to get anywhere before I can help. I'll give what I can and as I go, and I can give more and more as I get more polished. I want this. I trust you. I'm with you. How can I not? Your music choices alone are impeccable! May I be of service. barb🙏

How will you know them when they come through?

You asked the question, "How will you know them when they come through?"
That's exactly what I've been wondering!
I don't know who my team is yet, and I often ask questions like, Why am I here?, What should I be doing?, or What's my next step? And I'm not aware of receiving any guidance on these questions.
Although, a few months ago, a couple entities seemed to come into my awareness - it was on two different occasions and apparently two different entities, but they both said something like I'd find out the answers to these questions when the time is right, so just wait.
What should I make of something like that?
They might be right, I'm not ready to know what steps to take next, so I should be patient until I'm ready.
Or, they could be derailing entities telling me to stay on the couch and do nothing.
Or it could all have been my imagination.
Whereas, something small happened a few days ago that almost seemed more significant to me. I had a list of Buddhist principles taped on my wall from a course I took a couple years ago, and the other day it randomly fell off my wall. I have other notes and things on that wall, but it was only the list of Buddhist principles that fell off.
It felt like that was telling me to forget about following principles and to find my own way instead. But, it could also mean nothing.
So how do you know when, or if, your multidimensional team is actually communicating with you?
With gratitude ✨

Hi Zoe.
I found it so telling that a list of 'principles' fell off your wall, especially in the context of your question.
For me now, second guessing as to how the contact will come is like pushing that helium balloon away. The mind seems to me now like a noisy marshal, drowning subtle communication out. I asked a facillitator the same question by the river at Cae mabon. No sooner were the words out of my mouth when a beautiful robin landed on the rock in front of me, hopped in a circle, cocked it's head and stared at me. I had to laugh, because that was it.
And when I washed up earlier, the crockery in the sink rattled and spoke a perfect sentence. 'You're going backwards' it said. I knew exactly what it meant in relation to a small incident just previous. Increasingly, in the multidimensional milieau of signs and synchronicity, it makes sense. And I think that by honouring these exchanges, the loops are strengthened. It looks like interpretation gives way increasingly to knowing.
Namaste.
Signs and synchronicities
In reply to messages from beyond by Andy (not verified)

Thanks for your insights Andy. I could feel the synchronicity in that robin in your story. And you're right, those signs and synchronicities seem to be where greater truth or knowing lies.
I live in the interior of British Columbia, and a lot of ponderosa pine trees grow here. They naturally smell like honey, and some nights the wind carries their beautiful honey scent into town. Last night was like that, so I went outside and sat for a while, smelling the trees on the wind mixing with all the blooming summer flowers. It was amazing.
But at times like that, all my questions about what to do with my life don't seem to matter. And maybe that's the point.
