The beauty of the journey. Travelling along a tortuous path of revelation, the mystery, the excitement, the surprises. And every now and then, something that moves you to tears. Like a carving in a cloisters in Barcelona or an ancient stone wall in an Italian medieval village. Now equalising with the concept of eternal journeying, always a new experience around the corner....

A nice short video which got my heart going with a bit of excitement, the thought of soaring like a bird with the sea below. I notice that about half way through, the Mcdonalds sign tucked away on the right is malfunctioning and flashing. I'm wondering if you noticed that, Open, and left it like a little nugget for us to discover?

I have to say Lyra, with all love and respect, that of late, I'm finding the music you're posting very dissonant to the Merkabah (although this latest less so). That could be a personal thing - we're all unique of course. Maybe it's just me, but might there be some intervention frequencies coming into your field right now?

Oh wow, that's an interesting observation Open. In what way might you be feeling the dissonance is coming through?

And yes, I recognize too there is other frequencies in my field that don't belong. It's been challenging for me to integrate the soul-exchange, but I feel there's also much progress of late. Hmm...

Any reflection is welcome of course.

Well, when I listen to the music (not so much the latest one but it happens a degree there too), it causes a degree of dissonance in my 4D field - it's the tempo of the beat. So there's a mild degree of separation between lower and higher self, assuming I listened to it for too long.

Of course the obvious synchronicity is, "dancing with my shadow!"

I know from personal experience there's a lot to be integrated during a soul exchange. So if my question has some compulsion to it, I would inquire into that - "show me!"

Do you spend much time in quiet stillness?
