These are highly challenging times on the planet in society. A great deal of ancient karmic density is being stirred up. It's so easy to get pulled into the various dramas, which then perpetuates that struggle in your life. It's important to witness the boulders, yes, BUT - then utterly crucial to focus on the path between them. The soul is working to unwind through the karmic density and create from a higher vibration. Then the clouds will clear and you'll shape a new, more harmonious landscape. This is how we can thrive in 2023.

A new paradigm is beckoning the soul and the planet shifts progressively into 5D. But this is no easy process, not something to sit back and let happen. There must be a full-on, all-in, active engagement to progressively peel back the veils. That's where mastering the art of daily transcendence is so essential. You're feeling intimately into every situation that arises, whether harmonious or dissonant.

I have written about this recently, but it deserves extra attention at this point in the shift: why you might be experiencing a "bone crunching" period of super intensity on the path, where many things are coming up at once, in all aspects of your life. Whether it be in your relationships, career or general living circumstances and your guides and guidance seem to have deserted you.

The balance of power on the planet is transforming strongly. But not necessarily as projected into society by the shadowside. There's a need to beware of the surface distraction, because a tremendous influx of consciousness is abound that we can each draw power from if we look up beyond the surface shenanigans. It's high time to discover and embody the true, selfless, power of quantum manifesting. Now, more than ever, this is essential to your harmony and balance in life.

The old karmic construct tbat's been underpinning society is unravelling pretty rapidly right now. It's understandable, if at times, you might balk at it all and want to close back down in the 3D shell. But this is not the time to play it small! We must keep working through and shedding the old Homo sapiens layers. Progressively your 5D wings take form, and you find you can navigate and create in the world from an entirely different, expanded possibility.

What often keeps people tight in the box and resisting the power of transformation on the spiritual path is the need for external validation of some kind. The requirement for friends or family, for example, to respect the new you you're unfolding into. If they're not evolving as quickly as you, unsupportive or negative feedback can be severely limiting. Where does this need for this validation come from? Most importantly, how can we move beyond it...

There is an ancient Pleiadian Reptilian dynamic of victim and oppressor at play within humanity with its origins further afield in the galaxy. It affects many relationships. On the one hand there's the need to be protected and looked after; on the other, the compulsion to control and manipulate. Since the human genome contains the DNA of both star nations, it's a dynamic we all need to pay attention to and resolve out, if people are to have balanced relationships.

These are turbulent times for sure, as the planet and society shift through the gears of transformation. Each of us is connected physically and energetically through morphic fields that are activating and unravelling. That's even before we talk about the dramatic infusions of higher dimensional light. How are we to find balance and harmony through it all? The key is Homeostasis and Equanimity.

We're at a crucial pivot within our Ascension process, where a strong reorientation is necessary to accelerate sufficiently with the Shift into 5D. The Star Beings, from many different constellations, are drawing ever closer in support. There's still much blocking going on by intervention energies in the 4D layer - the "Karmic Red Sea".

We have a lot of higher vibrational support in the field right now resonating from the Star Beings supporting the shift, and especially the Andromedans. There's much inertia to overcome, that of the limiting "Ra" energy for example that wants to keep us soft and non-committal "on the sofa".
