These are extraordinary times of great change and upheaval. Many things we've come to rely upon, the establishments and systems in society, even the very foundations of the reality we've believed in, are beginning to topple. Due to escalating distractive nature of society, it's easy for the lower and higher self to get separated - to be living a life that is not truly aligned with your divine purpose. If this is happening, you'll feel dissonance internally as triggering, tightness or dis-ease. The internal separation happens as a result of programmed behaviourisms that took root early in life - neediness in relationships, poverty consciousness, or a lack of self-worth that then derail into some external need of gratification.

In this great reset that the shadow is desperately trying to impose on society, it's essential that we be informed more by higher knowing, and create our reality from the infusion of divine guidance. It's cloudy out there - divine inspiration must inform into our reality. It's all about opening to higher mind and harnessing its energy into our being. Do you sometimes find doubt difficult to overcome? Quite frequently in the facilitation work I do, the question of doubt arises. Doubt in yourself, doubt in your work, relationships and spiritual path. Doubt in the benevolent redeeming hand of the universe. It seems that when you first realise the benevolent presence of a unifying energy, many believe, hope or expect "everything will turn out just fine, it'll all be as we want it to". And if it doesn't, when it doesn't turn out that way, all too frequently you're led back down the ladder of doubt toward the start point.

Continual Process of Confrontation
In the shift of Human Consciousness  into higher dimensional awareness, we're often talking about 'letting go' of the lower density. But what does it mean? How do we truly let go? It's quite prevalent in the human psyche that there's a subtle inner program that makes people want to avoid challenging and difficult circumstances. It's certainly a conditioning from society. To me though, truly letting go, is a continual process of confrontation of the moment - that which we might want to avoid - and instead, surrendering into what we really feel...

Some souls have incarnated here to hold an energetic harmony that provides empathic support for evolving people. Others however, have come with the specific mission to break down illusions and inspire change by the very energy they hold. Such people may be called "Spiritual Catalysts". They’ll frequently find they have a confrontational effect on their environment and especially the people in it: you begin to undermine the very illusions society has been built upon.

The Law of Attraction is a powerful tool of the Universe no doubt. Unfortunately, to my mind, it's been much misdirected and maligned, cleverly disguised in trying to get what the ego wants. But especially now, in these times of great challenge and turmoil, we can bring it to bear in support of our lives in most beneficial ways, providing we do so authentically, and in alignment with the natural flow of the Universe.
